Photographers, both professionals and beginners have no idea what rights they have after they created their works. This workshop is aimed at sheding light on how the photos copyright issue is regulated by the law at the example of Anton Motolko’s case against the Belarusian TV and Radio Company.

– how photographers can exercise their rights;
– what are the means of protection of copyright in photography;
– what is the liability for copyright infringement;
– what is considered to be a copyright infringement;
– the size of possible compensation for copyright infringement.
